Sport Performance

Specialized Sports Training

Our sport performance training is offered in a team, small group, or one-one setting.

We provide a period based program for each sport that encompasses strength, conditioning, and mobility to provide a well rounded athlete. Our services range from MMA to softball/baseball to football.

 

We have worked with athletes from youth to professional level in several sports. Our understanding of strength training will take you to the next level, while bettering your performance, and decreasing chance of injury.

Membership

Monthly Membership - Full use of facility

Elite Membership:

+ $40 per month

    or

+ $350 for the year ($130 Saved)

Heroes and Scholars Membership [Students, Fire Fighters, Teachers, Police, Military] :

+ $25 per month

CrossFit’s goal is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable.

Ship Shape BootCamp

Gain support and motivation while in group classes.

Ship Shape Boot Camp's enthusiastic instructors rally physiques of all fitness levels for

personal training and group classes within a state-of-the-art facility. The instructors forge a supportive atmosphere with free-flowing words of encouragement to boost self-esteem and watch to ensure no participant is left behind or doing the hand jive instead of sets of burpees. Gals of all ages are welcome to women's boot camp sessions, which cover a medley of exercises to keep heart rates peaked during fat-busting routines. Weight training, swim training, and memberships are also available.

1 on 1 Training

One - on - one training means you and a trainer. plain and simple.

Your workouts will be  efficient and effective, focusing on strength and conditioning through proper movement and technique. Sharpening skills in areas you feel you need improvement, our trainers are able to observe and determine the most effective way to achieve those results.
